Fewer phone calls at the front desk.

Send appointment reminders that patients can answer with one tap, collect intake details with a WhatsApp form, and handle the rest from a shared inbox your front desk already understands.

The shared inbox, scheduling and WhatsApp forms come with Basic, from ₹1,299 a month + GST.

01What you can set up

The messages a clinic sends every week.

Each of these is a feature in Pinnaki today, with the plan it needs.

Appointment reminders Scheduling from Basic
Schedule a utility template to the day’s list, or send each reminder from your clinic software through the developer API. Reply buttons let the patient confirm or ask to reschedule.
Confirm and reschedule, routed Professional
A flow starts when a patient taps a button: “Confirm” adds a tag and sends a thank-you; “Reschedule” hands the chat to the front desk. How flows work
Intake forms From Basic
Send a WhatsApp form before the visit for the details you would otherwise take at the counter. The answers are kept with the form’s responses in the app.
Report delivery
Send a report as a document: as an attachment in the inbox while the 24-hour window is open, or as a template with a document header from your lab system.
A front-desk inbox From Basic
Every patient chat on your WhatsApp number in one list. Assign it, transfer it, resolve it, and answer the common questions with saved replies.Team inbox
Camps and drives
Announce a health camp or a vaccination drive to the patients who opted in, with a marketing template and the reasons for every skipped number.Campaigns

02An example

A reminder that answers itself.

How a clinic could set up Fig. 1, with features that exist today. The names and times are illustrations.

  1. Step 1: Write the reminder

A utility template with the patient’s name, the day and the time as variables, and two reply buttons: Confirm and Reschedule.
  2. Step 2: Schedule it the day before

Import tomorrow’s appointments as a CSV and map the columns to the variables, or let your clinic system send each reminder through the API.
  3. Step 3: Let a flow read the buttons

Confirm: a Tag Action adds “confirmed” to the contact and a message thanks the patient. Reschedule: a Human Handoff assigns the chat to the front desk.
  4. Step 4: The front desk replies

The handed-over chat waits in the inbox with the reminder above it, so whoever picks it up sees the appointment before they answer.

03Before you start

A messaging tool, not a medical records system.

Pinnaki carries the conversation. Your clinical systems and your obligations stay where they are.

04Questions

Questions, answered.

What clinics and labs ask before they connect a number.

Can patients book a slot inside WhatsApp?

Not directly: Pinnaki has no calendar or booking integration. A flow or a WhatsApp form can collect the day and time a patient prefers, and the front desk books it in your own system and replies in the chat.

Can we send lab reports?

Yes, as a document. Inside the 24-hour window after the patient writes, attach the file to a reply in the inbox. Outside it, use an approved template with a document header, sent from your own system through the developer API.

Who can read the conversations?

Only the people you invite to the workspace, each as an admin, a manager or an agent. Keep clinical detail out of templates, and share the minimum a patient needs in the chat.
