01Broadcasts

One post, every subscriber.

The Broadcast Studio sends a message, a poll or a quiz to your bot’s subscribers, now or at a set time, with buttons under the post.

Choose the audience by tag, add media and buttons, and schedule the send. A protected message can go to one person without being forwarded or saved.

For large lists, a paid broadcast goes out faster than Telegram’s free limit. Telegram charges it in Stars from the bot’s balance, and Pinnaki shows the cost before you send.

03Connect a bot

A token from @BotFather is all it takes.

Telegram bots are created in Telegram itself. Pinnaki needs the bot’s token, and sets up the rest.

  1. Step 1: Create the bot

In Telegram, open @BotFather, create a bot and copy the token it gives you.
  2. Step 2: Paste the token

Add it under Telegram Bot Token in Pinnaki’s integrations.
  3. Step 3: Pinnaki connects the webhook

Pinnaki tells Telegram where to send the bot’s messages. Replies start arriving in the inbox.
  4. Step 4: Add your channels

Add the channels the bot manages by their @username or ID.

05Questions

Questions, answered.

What people ask before they connect a Telegram bot.

Does Telegram charge for bot messages?

Telegram doesn’t charge for ordinary bot messages. Pinnaki charges ₹0.10 per broadcast message from your wallet. Paid broadcasts are the exception: Telegram charges those in Stars, from your bot’s own balance.

Can one bot serve two workspaces?

No. A Telegram bot connects to one Pinnaki workspace at a time, so its messages always land in one workspace.

What is Telegram Business?

Telegram Business lets a bot answer chats on behalf of a Telegram account. Connected to Pinnaki, those chats get your keyword replies and AI replies. You can reply for 24 hours after the customer’s last message; business chats are not saved as contacts.

Which plan includes Telegram?
