01What you can set up
The messages a store sends every day.
Each one is a feature in Pinnaki today. The plan it needs is marked where it matters.
- Abandoned-cart reminders
- When a checkout is left unfinished, a sequence of approved templates goes out with the customer’s name, the items and a link back to the cart. The reminders stop as soon as the order comes in.
- Order and payment messages
- Map store events, such as a new order, to approved templates. Razorpay payments (captured, failed, order paid) can send a template too, and Shiprocket can confirm a cash-on-delivery order when it is booked.Integrations
- Catalogue and products Flows from Professional
- Connect your Meta catalogue and share it in the chat. In a flow, the Catalogue, Product Card, Product List and Carousel blocks show products where people ask about them.
- Payment links Professional
- The Payment Link block in a flow creates a Razorpay link for the amount and sends it in the conversation.
- Click-to-WhatsApp ads
- Ad links open a WhatsApp chat with your number, so a shopper who taps an ad lands in the same inbox as everyone else.
- Answers to the usual questions From Basic
- The AI agent answers from the documents you upload, such as your delivery, returns and sizing policies, and hands the chat to a person when it can’t.The AI agent
- A team inbox for the exceptions From Basic
- Wrong address, a damaged parcel, a size swap: replies land in each channel’s Live Chat, where you assign them to the right person.Team inbox
02How cart recovery runs
Four steps, from the checkout to the order.
What happens between a shopper leaving the checkout and the order arriving. You choose the templates and the timing; Pinnaki does the rest.
Step 1: The store reports the checkout
Shopify or WooCommerce tells Pinnaki about the checkout, with the customer’s number, the items and the link to the cart. Only customers who agreed to marketing are reminded, and carts older than seven days are left alone.Step 2: Pinnaki waits
Set up to five reminders, each between 5 minutes and 30 days after the one before. Every step uses a template Meta has approved.Step 3: The reminder goes out
The customer’s name, the items (for example “2 x Cotton kurta”) and the checkout link fill the template’s variables; a URL button can carry the link back to the cart. Opted-out and blocked numbers are skipped.Step 4: The order closes it
When the order arrives, the reminders stop. The cart is marked as recovered if a reminder went out before the order, and as converted on its own if it didn’t, so you can tell the two apart.
03Before you start
Three things to have in place.
None of them takes long, but the messages can’t go out without them.
- Consent
- Collect marketing consent at checkout. Customers who didn’t give it never get cart reminders.
- Approved templates
- Write the reminder and update templates in Pinnaki and submit them; Meta approves each one before it can be sent.
- A connected store
- Connect Shopify or WooCommerce from Integrations, and a WhatsApp number from the connect wizard.
