Broadcasts that account for every contact.

Import a list, pick an approved template, and send. The report tells you who received it, who read it, who clicked, and who was skipped and why.

Campaigns are on every plan: 2 a day on Free, 10 on Basic. Scheduling from Basic.

01How it runs

Three screens from template to launch.

The campaign builder has three steps. Everything after the launch happens in the report.

  1. Step 1: Choose the template

Name the campaign and pick one of your approved WhatsApp templates. Only approved templates can be sent.
  2. Step 2: Choose the audience

Upload a CSV and map its columns to the template’s variables, or use a dynamic filter on your contacts, or retarget the people from an earlier campaign. Opted-out numbers are checked before anything is sent.
  3. Step 3: Review and launch

Send now or schedule it. The review shows the estimated cost next to your wallet balance; at launch the cost is reserved, and what isn’t used is released back.
  4. Step 4: Watch the report

Sent, delivered, read and clicked counts fill in as Meta reports them. Retry the failed sends, or export the recipients as a CSV.

02The report

A report that starts from the whole list.

Who was sent the message, who was skipped and why, and what happened to every send: delivered, read, clicked or failed.

Skipped contacts are listed by reason: opted out, duplicate number, invalid number or blocked. Failed sends can be retried from the report.

The spend line is money that actually left the wallet, not an estimate. Then start a new campaign for everyone who read it, clicked, or whose send failed.

03Templates

Write the template once, in Meta’s format.

Templates carry Meta’s categories: Marketing, Utility and Authentication. Each one can have an image, video or document header, variables, a footer and buttons.

04Who receives it

Send to the people who should get it, and no one else.

Lists, tags and filters decide the audience. Opt-outs and bad numbers take people out of it before the send.

Lists, tags and attributes
Save recipient lists, tag contacts and store attributes such as city or last order, then send to any combination.
Dynamic filters
Build the audience from a filter on your contacts instead of a fixed file.
Retargeting
Start a new campaign for the people from an earlier one who were delivered, read, clicked, or whose send failed.
Opt-out keywords
Each workspace sets its own opt-out and opt-in words. Anyone who opts out is left out of later campaigns.
Meta’s marketing preference
When someone turns off marketing messages in WhatsApp, Pinnaki honours it and skips them.
WhatsApp groups From Professional
Send an approved text or media template to your small WhatsApp groups (up to 8 customers) as a campaign. Available on numbers that Meta allows to use groups (Official Business Account). A group message is charged from your wallet once for every group member when it is sent, also for members WhatsApp does not deliver to.
Pause, resume, cancel
Pause a running campaign and resume it later. Cancelling stops the unsent messages and refunds their cost to the wallet.

05Limits by plan

How much each plan can send.

Limits count campaigns started per day and contacts in the workspace. The message cost is separate and comes from the wallet.

07Questions

Questions, answered.

What people ask before their first send.

How long does template approval take?

Meta reviews every WhatsApp template and decides how long that takes. Pinnaki shows each template’s status in your template list; you can send it as soon as it is approved.

What counts as skipped?

A contact on the list who never receives the message: someone who opted out, a duplicate or invalid number, or a blocked contact. The report lists each skipped contact with its reason.

Can I schedule a campaign?

Yes, from the Basic plan: choose “Schedule for later” on the last step and pick the time. On Free, a campaign is sent when you launch it.

Can I stop a campaign that is already running?

Yes. Pause it and resume it later, or cancel it. Cancelling stops the unsent messages and refunds the unsent balance to your wallet.

What am I charged for?

Each WhatsApp message has one price for its template’s category, Meta’s charge included, the same on every paid plan. A campaign to WhatsApp groups is priced per member: a group message is charged from your wallet once for every group member when it is sent, also for members WhatsApp does not deliver to. Before launch, the last step shows the estimated cost against your wallet balance; the report shows what was actually spent.

Send your first campaign on the Free plan.

Connect a WhatsApp number, get a template approved and import a list. The report starts filling in the moment you launch.
