02Campaigns
Send to the whole list. See who didn’t get it, and why.
Pick an approved template, choose the contacts and send. The report accounts for every number on the list, and for every rupee.
Import a CSV and map its columns to the template’s variables, or pick a saved list, tags and filters. Schedule the send and retry failed messages.
The wallet reserves the cost before the send and releases what wasn’t used. Then start a new campaign for everyone who read it, or everyone whose send failed.

04Flows and AI agent
Answer the same question once.
Flows handle the conversations you can script. An AI agent answers the everyday questions, and stops when a person takes the chat.
An AI agent that knows when to step aside.
On Telegram it answers from the instructions you give it, on your own OpenAI or Gemini key, and leaves a chat alone as soon as a person is assigned or starts typing. On WhatsApp, Meta’s own business agent answers from your knowledge and hands chats to your team, where Meta accepts your number.

What people ask before they connect their first number.
Do I need a Meta Business account?
Yes. WhatsApp Business runs on Meta’s Cloud API, so you need a Meta Business account and a WhatsApp Business Account. The connect wizard in Pinnaki opens Meta’s own sign-up, where you create or pick both.
What happens when a contact replies STOP?
Each workspace sets its own opt-out and opt-in keywords. When a contact sends an opt-out keyword, or turns off marketing messages in WhatsApp, Pinnaki leaves them out of later campaigns and lists them as skipped, with the reason.
How is the wallet charged?
You top up a prepaid wallet in rupees. When a campaign starts, its cost is reserved; whatever isn’t used is released back. Plan renewals are paid from the same wallet, and you get an alert when the balance falls below ₹200.
How many people can work in the inbox?
Free has one seat and no shared inbox. Basic has 3 seats, Professional 10, Enterprise 50 and Unlimited as many as you need. Everyone you invite is an admin, a manager or an agent.
