Pinnaki is a messaging workspace for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, built for businesses that sell and support customers in chat.
01Why it exists
Customers already write to you in chat.
The work is in answering them well: on time, as a team, and without losing count of the money.
People ask businesses about prices, orders and appointments on WhatsApp, and more and more on Instagram, Messenger and Telegram. A business that answers there needs more than a phone: a way to send approved messages to a list, a team that shares the replies, and automation for the questions that arrive every day.
Pinnaki puts those in one workspace. Campaigns, a Live Chat for each channel, flows and an AI agent work with the same team, the same roles and one prepaid wallet in rupees.
We publish what it costs. Plans have a fixed monthly fee; WhatsApp messages have one price per category, printed on the pricing page; the other channels have flat fees. The wallet ledger shows every charge.
02How we build

- One published price list

- Every skipped send has a reason
- A campaign report counts every contact on the list: sent, delivered, read, clicked, failed, and skipped with the reason, such as opted out, duplicate or invalid number.Campaigns
- The API sends what the app sends
- The developer API sends the same approved WhatsApp templates, from your number and your wallet, and reports delivery back to you by webhook.Developer API
- Opt-outs are honoured
- Each workspace sets its opt-out keywords. People who opt out, or turn off marketing messages in WhatsApp, are left out of later campaigns.
- Your data leaves when you do
- Close the workspace from its settings and a grace period starts, 14 days by default, that you can cancel. After it, the workspace’s data is deleted.Security
