01Features

What your Page can do from Pinnaki.

The Messenger tools a business uses, next to the inbox where the replies arrive.

Chats in the team inbox
Messenger conversations arrive in Live Chat, with assign, transfer, saved replies and resolve.Team inbox
Get Started and menu
Set the Get Started button and the persistent menu people see in your Page’s chat.
Ice breakers
Show up to 4 questions people can tap to start a chat, such as “What are your hours?”. Taps arrive in your inbox and flows. Only new conversations see them, and they replace the Get Started button while set.
Click-to-Messenger ads
Ad links that open a chat with your Page, with an optional Instant Form for lead ads.
Broadcasts
Broadcast from your Page. Before you send, Pinnaki estimates how many people are inside Meta’s messaging window.
Conversion events
Report a conversion to Meta from the chat, with an optional value, so your ads learn which chats led to a sale.
Utility templates
Order and account update templates for Messenger, with an optional picture (JPEG or PNG) at the top. The picture is the same for every message sent from that template, and Meta reviews each template.
Page health and policy alerts
A health check for each connected Page, in one panel. When Meta warns about or blocks Messenger messaging on your Page, you get an in-app alert and see Meta’s notice on the panel.

02Marketing messages

Promotions, for the people who asked for them.

Meta’s marketing messages go only to people who chose to get them from your Page.

Marketing messages
Send promotional Messenger messages, as text or cards with buttons, to people who chose to get them from your Page, and see delivered, read and clicked counts. Meta allows one marketing message per person every 12 hours, and not in every country.
Click-to-Subscribe ads From Professional
Run a Messenger image ad that lets people subscribe to your marketing messages with one tap.

03Your team on Messenger

A name on the reply, a rating after the chat.

Customers see who answered them, and can tell you how it went.

Agent personas
Replies your agents type on Messenger show the agent’s name and photo to the customer. Automated replies and templates still show your Page.
Customer feedback
Ask customers to rate a Messenger chat with a CSAT, NPS or effort score and an optional comment, from the chat or automatically when it is resolved, and see the results per agent. You can also let customers give a thumbs up or down on replies. Surveys are for service chats, need a link to your privacy policy, and go to a customer at most once a day.

04Who is in control

One conversation, one app in charge.

Meta routes each Messenger conversation to one app at a time. Pinnaki shows which app has it, so a reply never disappears.

A person on your team can take control of a thread from the chat header, answer, and pass control back to the bot when they are done.

If Meta requires a template to message someone, the inbox offers your Messenger utility templates instead of a free-form reply.

05Getting connected

07Questions

Questions, answered.

What people ask before they connect a Facebook Page.

How long can I reply to a Messenger chat?

Meta sets how long after a customer’s message a Page may reply, and when it may send outside that time. Pinnaki follows Meta’s Messenger rules and offers a utility template where Meta requires one.

What does “Another app in control” mean?

Meta lets one app at a time own a Messenger conversation. If Meta Business Suite or another chatbot owns it, your reply may not be delivered. Take control from the chat, or change the routing in Meta Business Suite.

Can a Messenger ad open a lead form?

Yes. When you create the ad link you can attach an Instant Form, with your own question and your privacy policy link. Leave the form out for a plain messaging ad.

Who pays for Messenger marketing messages?

You pay Meta: Meta bills each delivered marketing message to your Meta ads account; it is not taken from your Pinnaki wallet. Marketing messages go only to people who chose to get them from your Page, and become available once Meta approves our app.

Which plan do I need?

Messenger is on Basic and above, together with Instagram. Broadcast messages are ₹0.15 each; replies inside the service window cost nothing.

Connect Messenger on Basic, with a 14-day trial, and answer it with the same tools as WhatsApp and Instagram.
